1. Copyright and Licensing

All articles published in the Journal of Psychosocial Well-Being (JPSW) are the intellectual property of their respective authors. However, by submitting and publishing in JPSW, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute their work under the selected open-access license.

2. Author Rights

Authors retain full copyright over their published work and may:

• Share their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, or scholarly platforms with proper attribution.

• Distribute copies of their work for non-commercial purposes.

• Use their content for educational or research purposes.

3. Third-Party Usage and Restrictions

No individual or organization may republish, distribute, or modify JPSW articles without explicit permission from the author or journal administration.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or hosting of JPSW articles on external platforms is strictly prohibited.

4. Indexing and Archiving

JPSW allows indexing by recognized academic databases and search engines. However, unauthorized commercial use or redistribution without consent is not permitted.

5. Request for Content Removal

If JPSW content appears on unauthorized platforms, the journal reserves the right to take necessary actions, including requesting takedown notices and legal proceedings if required.
